From the time that I started my business, in April 2005, I have made use of the services of (now) Voice of Secretary. My clients get the sense that I have several secretaries who are all up to date concerning my daily calendar. We can no longer go without!
ABC clinic is a private clinic for injectables and plastic surgery in Breda (NL). Since 2016 we have been working closely together with Voice of Secretary. Because of this cooperation the reachability and service level of our private clinic has moved to a higher plane for all our clients and potential clients. We started this cooperation in 2016, because most of the traffic on our website is generated in the evenings. Many people are in the office during the day and will call for information concerning our services in the evening. Where before, we would be reachable until 6 p.m., we are now available until 10 p.m. for anyone who would like to make an appointment. Due to the nature of our business we are, by law, required to be reachable 24/7. Voice of Secretary has also been able to take on this part of the requirement. On top of this Monday mornings are always extremely busy and Voice of Secretary has proved to be an excellent backup in answering all incoming calls. Naturally, a good cooperation requires time and processes and treatments need to be clear to all involved, but we find that all of this has been possible due to good consultation between parties. We still have frequent meetings to continue to update and optimize our cooperation.
